Why “Highline Reporting”
The name Highline Reporting was chosen to reflect the balance between where I live and the clients I serve. While I work from the scenic Catskills of New York, our services support attorneys in major cities across the country. The word Highline represents both elevated service standards and the seamless connection we create between these two worlds, bringing small town dedication to big city litigation.

Alyssa Schaumloffel has quite literally grown up in the court reporting industry. From a young age, she accompanied her mother, a working court reporter, to trials and depositions, assisting with realtime setup and troubleshooting on the spot. That early exposure shaped her deep familiarity with the profession and sparked a passion that would evolve into a career.
After co-founding and building a successful reporting agency, Alyssa launched Highline Reporting to create something that reflects her vision from the ground up. Today, she continues to focus on streamlining processes, supporting her team, and ensuring every client interaction meets the highest standards of service.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys scrapbooking, shopping, and traveling, especially when it involves food or live music. She loves to grill, has a competitive streak when it comes to darts, finds satisfaction in keeping things organized and purposeful.
More than anything, Alyssa is driven by the fulfillment that comes from doing a job well, a mindset that defines her leadership and the service standards Highline Reporting is known for.

Heather Fronckowiak is often the first point of contact for both clients and resources. She manages scheduling requests with precision, assigns the right reporters and videographers to each job, and oversees reporter onboarding and resource coordination. Known for her quick communication, Heather makes even last-minute changes feel effortless and works closely with clients to establish standing orders and distribution lists ahead of proceedings.
